When will I receive my order?

After your order is paid in full your order is sent for dispatch or collection is made from store. The dispatch time varies dependent on the items that you have ordered. If your order is urgent or needed for a certain date please email our sales team on babytots@btconnect.com

What happens if we need to cancel our Payment Plan?

We do understand that sometimes circumstances in finances can change overnight. If unfortunately, you have no option other than to cancel your payment plan, there will be an administration fee that is the deposit that was placed at the time of purchase (unless a medical reason).

How much do I pay each week or month?

There are no set amounts. We will always recommend that you ensure your order is paid in full at least 4 weeks before babies due date. Dolls prams must be paid by 1st December for Christmas delivery. There is a minimum payment of £10.00 per transaction.

Can I start a payment plan on any order?

Payment plans can be carried out on orders over £400 and Silvercross Dolls prams.

How do you setup a Payment Plan with Babytots?

In order to set up a payment plan, simply choose the ‘Pay Deposit’ option on the applicable product, then click ‘Add to basket’

Payment plans can also be started in store at appointments or via bank transfer.

Once you have paid the £100 deposit a member of the sales team will contact you to confirm the order.
